Fort Stewart/Hunter AAF will be conducting its annual Retiree Appreciation Day on Saturday, 28 March, at the University of Central Florida, CFE Arena/The Venue, from 0900-1600.  All US Army retired Soldiers are invitedto attend this great event which will provide retired Soldiers and their families the latest information on the current state of the Army, benefits andentitlements, and the future outlook for defense programs supporting retirees and pay.

We will have briefings from the Defense Accounting and Finance Service (DFAS), HQ Dep
artment of the Army retiree activities, the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) on upcoming legislation affecting the retired community, and a host of other topics.  We’ll also have ID card-making capabilities and the event will culminate with a County  Fair with representatives from TRICARE, Delta Dental, AAFES, Public Health,DFAS, the Commissary and Federal and State Veterans Administration.
